Who is PibStage designed for?+
PibStage is being designed for IATSE-style locals, stagehand unions, stage labor companies, production labor providers, venues, and other dispatch-heavy live-event labor organizations.
Does PibStage process payroll?+
Not currently. PibStage is designed to produce approved, payroll-ready labor records and exports that can be sent into your payroll process.
Can we track worker skills and certifications?+
That is part of the planned workforce record. Profiles can organize classifications, skills, certifications, availability, status, and recent work history.
How do call-outs work?+
Dispatchers create a labor call, identify the positions needed, review qualified and available workers, send call-outs, and monitor responses from one operational view.
Can PibStage support union rules or seniority?+
Workflows may be configurable by organization, but specific automated referral, seniority, and local-rule functionality should be confirmed during a demo and implementation discussion.
Is there a worker mobile app?+
Mobile worker experiences are part of the product direction. Exact launch functionality and timing will be confirmed before purchase.
Can you migrate our current roster?+
